Eating nutritious food makes our body healthy and strong.Being healthy,we can perform our daily task, we can avoid diseases and our body will function well.
Health of an individual is the most precious thing that should be treasured. In order to help promote and maintain good health we should eat nutritious foods, have enough rest, exercise, balance diet, drink eight to glasses of water everyday and healthy lifestyle. Person with a high level of health lives a more zestful and activities. If a mother is pregnant, she should it nutritious foods that good for her baby. Because if she eat foods that is not good it may affect the baby inside the womb of a mother and it may cause abnormality of the baby.
To someone who has lost health, it means the loss of his most priceless possession. One may have every material wealth, but without good health he is nothing. So we should maintain good health in order for us to perform our daily task and free from diseases.
